Boloney's is my MUST GO whenever I come back to town from out of state where I live now. The sandwiches are huge! Might I suggest the Herman Muenster. It is my favorite and has been for over 25 years. I have never had another sandwich like it. The owners, Tim and Roberta, have made this the most welcoming fantastic... More

If your looking for a day or night of affordable and fun entertainment, grab a sandwich and bring it into the beautifully remodeled and historic, Catlow Theater and say hello to the owner, Tim, who always has a welcoming... Boloney's has wonderful, huge, sandwiches with many choices. I often end up taking half home. The theater connected to Boloney's, the Catlow, is owned by the same person, Tim. They let you take the sandwiches into the movies :)

I first stumbled across this tiny unpretentious mom and pop sandwich shop back in 1985 while I was visiting a client in the Barrington area. From the outside it looked like a cramped hole-in-the-wall joint and I decided to go inside only because I was looking for a payphone; not to eat. Man was I surprised! The place was very... More

If your thing is delicious mountainous-sized sandwiches loaded with meat and cheese, this is your place. Sharing a sandwich here is always a safe play as these suckers are truly enormous. Not to slag Jimmy John's, because it is just a national chain after all, but an authentic hole in the wall like this, offering pound for pound of so... More

I love this place. The sandwiches are huge and fresh and tasty. Mom and I go at least once a month and bring home half of our sandwiches to enjoy the next day. (We trade.)

Ever go to a place that just thrusts you back to your childhood? Boloneys reminds me of the 50s as a child where all things were bigger than life and going out was a real treat. Traditional Dagwood( look it up) style sandwiches and helpful staff make choosing your meal fun and a little adventurous. Great date night paired with... More
