We stayed within walking distance during our recent visit to Chicago. We had a great breakfast on New Year's Day. Portion sizes are very generous. The homemade cubed potatoes are amazing!

During a recent trip to Italy with my son who lives in Chicago we had brunch at this restaurant. The food impressed enough to go back when returning through Chicago on way home. I had the California omelette with sausage, goat cheese and avocado both times. It was that good folks. My son had the pulled pork eggs Benedict and... More
This corner breakfast joint has been a go to of mine for years now ! An extensive menu and not once have I had anything here I didn't like! I only wish It was open longer then 3pm ! Reasonably priced and delicious items throughout the menu! The staff is also extremely friendly and I really have nothing but greatness... More
Nice local eatery, especially for breakfast. I've a city apartment down the street and see a lot of returning customers here. Healthy food options at a fair price. Warm and prompt service. Often has a que, but the line moves quickly -- worth the wait.
The breakfasts and the atmosphere of this cafe cannot be beat. We had breakfast here three times in our six days in Chicago. It is located literally above the Chicago Ave Blue Line L station. Eat here!
asked for poached eggs cooked medium. they served them w uncooked/runny whites and told me i should've ordered them well... rude about it too!
Some local friends love this place, so we ate brunch here on a Sunday morning. (It is a short walk to St. John Cantius Church.) We were seated quickly, and the service was very good. It's a quaint little cafe with a nice menu, and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
Perfectly located and accessible all ways via transportation. Service is seamless quick and friendly. Especial for Sundays after Church @ St. Johns. Upscale breakfast diner clean!
