Valet parking right next door. Nice interior which has recently been changed. No longer has the bar scene with the great snacks. For a change, I had the rib eye steak, which was superb. Ribs remain great. Certain sides are now extra. The wait staff...More
Carson's Prime Steaks & Famous BBQ is a must, if you are in Chicago. Don't forget to put those bib on because it can get messy. Meat is very moist and not over priced. My trips to Chicago will always include Carson's rib.

This was the first time I had visited Carson's for about 20 years and I'm pleased to say that the food was every bit as good as I remembered it. Cornbread, ribs and coleslaw are all excellent. We didn't have room to sample the deserts!
