If you have to have the pizza no matter the ambiance, this is the place to get Giordano famous pizza without leave the sterility of the downtown tourist/business district. It is Chicago, I get it, but this is like eating in the office building it is.

we had to get some Chicago-style deep dish while we were there! It was absolutely amazing, and totally filling. Fun waiter, family atmosphere. Be sure to schedule quite a while for this dining experience, as it takes 35-45 minutes to get your pizza.

Wanted to try another deep dish pizza spot while in Chicago. We ordered deep dish pizza, Giordano's signiture chopped salad and wings. Pizza was average I wouldn't go for here for a pizza craving Wings were good but nothing special Salad was excellent would definately go back for their signiture chopped salad. Atmosphere and service were both excellant

I usually roll with Giordano's deep dish when I'm in town, but this time I had their Italian Beef sandwich, and it was absolutely on point. Served with au jus and giardiniera on the side to allow for personalization of both. Spouse had a meatball sub, also on point and perfect. We split cannolis for dessert; the whole smash was... More

After flying into Chicago and taking the blue line from O'Hare to Washington, we were hungry from our journey. First time in Chicago and we wanted the deep dish. Since we were walking towards Cloud Gate anyways, we stopped in here for lunch before heading to the hotel. We were seated right away. They had lunch specials including a personal... More

Everyone told us we must have Chicago Deep Dish and this was the place to go. It was packed! Took about an hour and a half to get a table. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was amazing, he even "made" my husband and his friend ginger ale so they could have a rye and a ginger.... More

Hello and thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear you were underwhelmed by your experience at our Prudential location. Someone should have certainly told you that 4 pizzas was way too much, so I do apologize for that. Please contact me at artemis@giordanos.com with "Prudential tripadvisor" in the subject line to continue the conversation. We would love... More

If you've never had deep dish pizza in Chicago before, you've probably searched for a best. Unfortunately every list is different, but usually you'll find Giordano's on that list. Tried this location, and although many reviews mentioned a potentially long wait time for dinner, we were seated right away near the bar. I ordered: Cheesy Garlic Bread - Tasty and... More

Waited over 45 mins to be seated. Placed our order at same time while putting our name on the wait list since they said our pizza will be ready when we are seated. Fries to be ordered at the time of seating. Got seated, placed an order for garlic parmesan fries. Waited another 20-30 mins - no fries or pizza.... More

Went to Giordano's for lunch. The business was busy, but we were seating in about 3 minutes. The waiter was very attentive, answered our questions and made great suggestions!! The sampler platter had several items and was enough to share with 7 people. We order two large pizza's and the waiter was very helpful in putting a slice on each... More
