Been coming here for years & love the energy of the staff. The food is delicious & the menu has a wide vegan option for our friend.

The berry pancakes won!! They were delicious! Fresh, fluffy, buttermilk. So wonderful and so fantastic I could finish the last one... Please see the picture I've posted below. Best is the proximity to Wrigleyville!!

This is a nice local diner with extended hours on weekends. The server was very courteous and made us feel welcome. The prices were reasonable and the food was standard affair. It has Vegetarian and Vegan options. The diner is kid friendly but the location is close by Wrigley Stadium and dozens of sports bars so think twice before bringing... More

We arrived two hours before a Cubs game as the place was recommended by one of the employees of the Cubs. We waited ten minutes to finally have the wait person to greet us, if that is what you would call it. Our coffee was served by the bus person who was wonderful. The wait person took our order and... My vegetarian daughter recommended this place and my family enjoyed it. My wife and I both went with the burrito which was delicious. Good selection of beers (some local), our waiter was great and very helpful. Nice place to go before a concert or game.

A few friends and I visited this place after the cubs game as everywhere else was very busy and it looked like there was enough space to accommodate us. The waitress was lovely and helpful but chronically slow. When the food came we ended up sending back my partners food because it was freezing cold. It came back and had... More

Nice to find this diner on Clark in Chicago near Wrigley Field. Great prices for large quantities of food. Had the eggs florentine and found it to be very good. We also enjoyed Chorizo and Chicken tostadas for our two gluten free folks. Abigail was an excellent server. Very nice and cheery.

When we used to live in Chicago it was our 'go to' place. Funky... Ideal for a quick meal or stay longer catching up with friends... Even if we had our favorites, if we felt like trying something new was always good. Good beer selection. And the prices are very convenient as well. Now is our 'must visit' when we... More

As a traveling omelet afficionado, I have visited many diners in my day. And without a doubt pick me up takes the cake as the best. When I lived in Chicago after every workout I would get an omelet here in lieu of a protein shake, and then get a cup of their vegetarian chili and dump it all over... More

Went for a grilled ham and cheese..what i got was cold ham, unmelted cheese, on toast. When i took food back, manager said they only make grilled cheese and didnt know how a grilled HAM and cheese should be made. When i suggested that the key word was GRILLED the manager accused me of being rude. After a bit of... More
