Do some shopping and go here for amazing pizza! The prosciutto, buffala, and basil appetizer is to die for.

Frankies is located on the fifth floor of the mall anchored by Bloomingdales. It offers good Italian food at a reasonable price. We live several blocks away and Frankies is one of the places we like when we don't feel like cooking. Some of our favorites include the veal meatball appetizer, lemon veal with spinach, vodka ziti, and the Southside... More

Most people would not think to go to the mall to get a great meal that wasn't a major chain. (You know the ones). This restaurant was fantastic. Best Italian meal outside of Little Italy. The portions were great the service was excellent and the food was "lika momma useda to maka". I only wish I had more room to... More

Frankie's is tucked away on the 5th floor of the 900 N. Michigan mall. Like its upstairs neighbor, Baisi Thai, it is a great restaurant that is well worth making the effort to find. Frankie's has seating in its dining room, along with "outside" seating in the mall. We chose the dining room which has comfortable booths and tables and... More

I was a little put off at first as the restaurant is in the 900 Michigan building and is connected to the mall. The mall was very empty but Frankie's was busy. We were seated quickly even though we were 30 minutes early for a reservation. The had a kids menu and a crayon for the little guy and everyone... More

My wife and I discovered Frankie's Scaloppine by accident. We were shopping at Bloomingdale's and the 900 North Michigan mall when we took the escalator to the fifth floor to see what the restaurant level was all about. There was Frankie's, a cozy Italian eatery that offers a variety of scaloppine dishes, fresh pastas, salads and more than 14 varieties... More

After a long museum day and tired feet and legs we ventured here for dinner. My husband liked his pizza and I enjoyed my eggplant parmesan. The service was quite good. Bread came with olive oil and my husband tried it (after 15 years I've made him a food snob) asked if it was extra virgin olive oil or a... More

Followed Trip Advisor to Frankies. Have visited probably 100+ times over the last five years. Always good service and tasty food. Pretty much classic Italian American, but what's to complain. Visit and enjoy.

Ate here with by family before Christmas. Three of our group enjoyed their pastas. The other two were disappointed. My son did not like his chicken, and my white fish was sub-par. Since the whitefish at Pescara, another one of this chain, is outstanding, this was a major disappointment. Discounted parking is a major plus for this place.

Our party of 12 was served very well last week. Our water glasses and the baskets of bread with Olive Oil to dip were constantly being filled. The food was delicious and reasonably priced (for Italian in Chicago). Our waitress was excellent, and our meals came out rather quickly. Our family dinner was great!
