Had a great experience, food and service was excellent. Our server Julie was both outgoing and helpful in her suggestions, it was clear she enjoyed working for a reputable establishment. The food was very good, we all four had something different and all the meals were very tasty. It was a few miles off the interstate, but worth the few... More
Friendly staff offered helpful suggestions regarding the menu choices. Service was prompt and food was good. Regulars at the bar and restaurant did a steady business while we were there. Good choice!
This was a great find to come across! We were hungry & meeting up with friends that live in Chicago while on our way back home to California, this had exceptional reviews-- so we decided it would be the place! Wow! We were all happy with the choice, 4 adults and 1 kid and 1 toddler all satisfied with their... More
Thanks to the great reviews on Trip Advisors, we decided to try Gabby Goat and we were not disappointed. Personally, I had the ribeyesteak which was good, but I fell in love with the sweet potato fries with an awesome buttered rum sauce! Washing it down with a couple of tasty Buffalo Sweat Oak Stout beers.
We decided to stop by this restaurant on our way home from a wedding on a Saturday. When we got there, we were taken to a lovely room that looks like you are sitting outdoors, but it is inside. There were TV's to watch, but the sound in the room was nice. We had the best waiter ever! His name... More

We stopped thru Effingham on our way to St Louis. We were looking for a spot for dinner with a good craft beer selection. I had the BB burger- black and blue- and it was served on sourdough toast which held up and didn't turn mushy. The burger was a good size... but also ordered the onion rings!! They are... More
Stopped here on Sunday evening 03/05/17. Four of us all had very good meals. Chicken wrap was good, wings were good. Our waitress was very good and efficient. About the only thing of concern was my French fries were a bit cool when served. But I did not say anything and am very confident that they would have brought me... More
We were looking for a place to grab a later lunch on our trip from STL to CU. While Gabby Goat is a bit off the interstate, I would say that it's well worth the extra mile or so. The menu had a wide variety and all of the things we had were awesome. They were able to customize our... More
