Okay, if you think beef is bad, this place is not for you. But if you think beef is a blessing, something God sent us to help apologize for original sin, come on in! Edzo's is NOT fancy. It's not even very comfortable. Still, a month without a visit to Edzo's is like...well, you just don't want to do it.... More

Second visit, good no frills burger place, tasty meat, though overly salted. Good fries, large portion. Unsweetened ice tea would be great if they offered it. Refillable drinks, only drawback is parking. A little pricey for a large family.

I have been singing the praises of Paradise Pup for years but have moved out of the area. Fortunately, I moved close to Evanston and heard about Edzo's Burger Shop and had to try it. The real deal. No if's, and's or but's about it. This is a top tier burger and place. Plenty of spots to sit. I do... More

The food is good, but I found it too expensive. Great Maxwell Polish, but $6.00 No parking, maybe you find something on the street - but good luck!

High hopes bringing two buddies here for lunch after all that I'd heard about this place over the years. Interesting menu options but the food left LOTS to be desired. I had a quarter pounder with fried egg and bacon...... Overcooked fried egg with griddle dirt on it, two measly strips of thin Jewel bacon, not even the thick cut... More

Delicious food. Kids will at least have something to do while they are waiting in line; Edzo's provides little plastic food toys that transform into people. I would definitely recommend eating there.

Loved everything about Edzo's-feels a little bit like a whole in the wall but don't let that stop you. Huge menu on the wall and it covers all kinds of burgers, dogs and sandwiches...then get to all of the choices for fries! I decided on a bacon burger and buffalo fries. Burger was generous in size and delicious. It was... More

Love Edzo's. Known for their great burgers, there are several different types of meat to choose from. And toppings. The fries are made in duck fat and are out of this world. Highly recommend the garlic fries and the Merkt's cheese dip. The shakes are also very good. A bit pricey and you should call before going because Edzo likes... More

We popped in here for a quick bite at lunch. The hole in the wall vibe is strong here. Admittedly, I was starving, so I was predisposed towards liking my meal. The hot dogs were pretty tasty, and the lobster fries were amazing. The staff is easygoing and friendly, and they serve ice cold Mexican Cokes, which go perfectly with... More
