I've been to this place more than a handful of times for lunch or dinner and have had nothing but a great experience and great Irish, pup-style food. We went there with family for their Easter brunch, and it boy was it a flop. For starters, the seating arrangement made it awkward and difficult for us to navigate around other... More

Nice atmosphere, very nice waiter. The food is plentiful and very tasty. This was my first time trying Lobster Mac and Cheese so I wont say I loved it as the lobster is too disguised with the cheese. But Claddagh made it very savory and cheesy.

Our family picked this restaurant to celebrate both St.Patrick's Day and my birthday. We were a little intimidated by the line at first since it was out the door and was quite long. We were told that more Poole would be let in as more people leave since the restaurant was at capacity. Before we knew it we were in... More

This is my new go to place for a nice glass of wine and the Cheese Board. Half the time I don't need anything more to eat and it is big enough to share but sometimes we split the fish and chips which also are excellent. The two fireplaces in the winter and deck in the summer make this a... More

Husband woke up craving corned beef and cabbage, so..since it's not yet St. Pat's Day we weren't sure who had it on the menu. We called a couple of places, but everyone said 'Not yet.." Then I called Claddagh and they said "We have it on the menu every day"...okay...so off we went. We've driven by this place many times... More

Went there for the first time yesterday. I met my cousin there. It was her first time also. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich. It had more bread than meat. I love Monte Cristo's. I've had them at other places and they are loaded with meat. Also, it appeared that there were only two girls working during a busy lunch... More

Decided last minute to get lunch and found this pub. Atmosphere is great and we had a cute table. Server came quick and made a fantastic hot toddy for me! Lunch was perfect and we were on our way in no time. Plan on coming back again soon.

At the last minute our plans changed and we chose to go to a restaurant instead of cook Thanksgiving dinner. Our expectations were met by the buffet that was served. We called her phone and they explained what would be available and it was. The staff was very good and attentive and happy and talked to us. I thought the... More

On Mondays you buy one get one fish dinner. The portion is large and very tasty. The restaurant looks old and needs some help.

The Claddagh looks like a little stereotypical Irish castle and that is where the pretending begins. There are some Irish items on the menu and some of them are very good. However, many of the menu items are your typical chain restaurant items, like fish tacos (at least they are good). This leads to one of the great restaurant mysteries,... More
