Very clean, bright, fun diner. Kind of on a side street. I would walk there everyday if I could. Great breakfast specials and pie look yummy, but didn't have room for any. Good service, friendly and seems to have a lot of regulars. Would definitely...More

Best biscuits and gravy. Skillets are good as well. Lunchtime is busy but service is fast and efficient. Homemade pies are amazing.

Like other reviewers, we enjoyed the pie! We loved the Hawaiian Pie!!! We had the friendliest wait person, very good food (which included a trip to the salad bar) and lots of it. One of the CLEANEST restaurants you'll ever find, too!!!
Blue's Cafe is like stepping back in time. Delicious food, friendly service, amazing pie. I will definitely visit next time I'm in Kankakee.
