Very good soft serve, sundaes, and shakes. Prices very reasonable. Dining area outside, not very scenic, just a parking lot in middle of town. Can get very busy on nice days.

My son and I go here after his piano and/or singing lessons (the music school is right across the street). It's a nice little ice cream place. The young people that work there are usually pretty friendly. The ice cream servings are generous and reasonably...More
For a veg or vegan, you could find at least some snack food. The smoothies have dairy. I'm not sure what breading type is on the fried mushrooms, but there are also french fries on the menu. We would call this a "friescream" place -...More
This is a great place for ice cream. Very crowded in the summer. A good place to take your kids. You will see lots of your neighbors there.

Not sure how long Dairy Hut has been here, but as long as I can remember. When I lived in town I loved to walk the couple blocks with my young grandchildren to get a cone and then walk them back home to the bathtub!
I took my grandson there and he loved it. Keep in mind he was one at the time and at one, you will eat anything. As an adult however, this was not good ice cream. It was a "wanna be" at best.
Good ice cream & good service. Has a real home town feel. Why don't they open earlier than noon? Come on, DQ opens at 10:30am, why not open at least by 11am???
