Sat outside on the patio. Who could sit inside on such a lovely afternoon?! the burgers are huge and come with fries or sweet potato chips. There are lots of choices on the menu. They have big tvs that show football games.

I'm as Irish as sauerkraut... But after visiting Ireland a couple times, I have fallen in love with the country. SO when I have the opportunity to visit and Irish pub, I pounce on it. However, my wife and I dined on the very large, very nice patio and never made it inside to see the pub details. I had... More

This is one of four "The Curragh", in Skokie, one in Chicago, one in Glenview and even one in Holland, Michigan. This one is located in a quiet area in Skokie, The Curragh has street parking, as well as parking in the rear. The interior has a nice pub ambiance. There are only about ten tables inside, none of which... More

This is my favorite Irish pub and I'm a regular customer here for since grand opening. They have a good selection of local and Irish beer, cider for gluten-free persons and good wine and cocktails.Food is typical for pub. My recommendation is fish steak, chicken wings, Guinness - cheese soup and burgers. Very friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. It is obvious... More

The food is typical Irish - stick to your ribs. We meet with friends after a Skokie event. The server was very good and offered suggestions on Irish drinks- Jameson and Ginger Ale for one.

Five of us ate a late lunch here on a weekday afternoon. The place was pretty deserted, which was great for us! There were a few people out on the shaded patio on a hot summer day, but we chose to be inside. The burgers were good, the shepherd's pie was okay (kind of runny under the potatoes on top... More

Nice place for some fresh homemade food. Only knock is that the bartender also has tables to wait on and was slammed. Need to have the bartender tend to the bar and a waitress handling the tables.

Enjoyed a delicious Irish meal with friendly service just N of downtown Skokie in an unassuming pub that can be easily missed unless you're looking for it. Huge portions good for sharing... We sat in its very casual covered patio area because the fan broke inside so it was kinda smoky there. It rained hard during our meal & so... More

My family very much enjoys a weekend night out at the Curragh. The food is basic, but there are Irish specialties that keep my husband happy and enough vegetarian options for my daughter as well. The drink specials are also fun. This is just a great cozy hangout.

So happy to have them finallyopen in my town. The food is great but the beer is amazing. There are so many choices and the team is well educated on all their items. The live music is my favorite. I can't wait to return!
