We were on a bus trip and had a limited time to stop. When we got there a server greeted us at the door with a menu. Then we were seated four to a table immediately. We ordered and I couldn't believe how fast we got our food! We ordered and ate in less than 30 minutes. There were 39... More

I had eggs and a fruit salad. It was just ok, but not bad. I would get something different the next time though.

Have eaten here many times while visiting locally, both in small and large groups. Have always enjoyed the food, extensive menu, good service, and store of special items to browse in. Have always enjoyed our food. The only negative thing I could say is that it is not very handicapped accessible. Doors to the women's bathroom ( and I have... More

Stopped there last week while on way to Texas. Snow all the way from south side of Chicago. Getting tired and saw the sign for our favorite restaurant while traveling. Wife ordered country fried steak with slaw , green beans and corn. I ordered meat loaf, green beans, corn and okra. Our meals were very good but here is the... More

Obviously we don't go here for the ambience, but can always rely on a hot breakfast. Their greases are a little heavy and prevalent in the cooking, and the bacon, sausage and eggs show this. But it's fast and the eggs especially are fresh, and the staff is always attentive (overmuch, if you're sitting in seats after the food is... More

Pretty much typical for Cracker Barrel. Good food, reasonable prices, and the service was good. Cracker Barrel is usually a safe bet for a decent meal fairly quickly when you are burnt out on fast food while traveling.

The food was typical for this franchise. The waitresses were super! I have a tree nut allergy and the staff went above and beyond to prevent any cross contamination, without complaint. They informed me they were changing the oil for our fish, just in case. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness.
