I was born and raised in Goshen and whenever I get back in town I try to visit this icon. Food is great and candy is a must have. I recommend the turtles.

The Olympia Candy Kitchen has old-fashioned charm and delicious things to eat. They are famous for their hand-made chocolates, especially the turtles. You will regret it if you don't purchase some candy for yourself and gifts for others. They serve breakfast and lunch, and I am partial to the toasted ham salad. It's not ground up, but rather chopped real... More
It's always fun and a step back in time to visit the Olympia Candy Kitchen. We stopped for lunch and the egg salad was delicious. We decided to splurge and get the hot fudge sundaes with Peppermint Stick ice cream. Wonderful! The service is quick and efficient and we always enjoy our experience.
Our lunch here brought back memories from our days at Goshen College, and my parents' as well! While the sandwiches were tasty lunch fare, the real appeal here is the classic charm, the ice cream, and CHOCOLATE! You can order phosphates, sodas, and many other items from long-ago menus
Just a fun historical place to visit and have a burger and a cherry coke (mixed). I took my Alzheimer ridden grandma-in-law there on occasion and she could remember sitting in the same booth as a little girl in the late 1920's!! The food is good. It's not fancy, but it's good and the place begs conversation between 2 people... More
I was thrilled when I discovered Olympia Candy Kitchen. Want delicious candy for someone special? Olympia specializes in chocolates. I love their olive sandwich---the only place I ever had one! If that doesn't appeal to you, there are other great choices. An old-fashioned milkshake will be a real treat.
Small hometown diner. This is Americana at its best! Small town good food, bacon perfect hashbrowns, eggs and the biscuits and gravy are great with a dash of pepper. Wooden booths, and a long old school 50s bar top. Btw toy can get homemade candies here too!!!!!! Three best around! A must stop if you are going through Goshen!
Olympia has the old world experience...best soda ever! They are known for their olive sandwich...where would you ever find an olive sandwich. But, what is amazing is their candy! Every time we go to Goshen, we have to stop and get chocolate covered cherries, Vanilla creams, chocolate covered marshmallows and turtles...yum! You won't be sorry when you stop at the... More
