Another weekend away to Indianapolis and another visit to Harry & Izzys. Love this place. Obviously had the shrimp cocktail so so good. Had the broiled lobster tails and a 14oz ribeye. My girlfriend and I split each entree because we couldn't decide what to...More

The service was spectacular, the wine was fantastic as was the list of choices. The shrimp cocktail was shockingly spicy and delicious. The New York strip was a bit too stringy, and too much gristle, but otherwise tasty. Sorry it should be a better steak...More

Have been here many times... for their steak sandwich... Large enough to share and very, very good... Split a salad and the sandwich and walk out of there for lunch for two under 20.00.... Great atmosphere and service....

Always a great dinner ( often to much ) at H&I - shrimp cocktail is out of this world but it's not for the faint of heart.

We had a group of about 20 tucked into a back room. Service was great, as was the food. My husband and I both had the filet. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Really didn't even need a knife to cut it. It melted like butter in...More

Food was excellent, service was extraordinary, ambiance is nothing too special but nice nevertheless. Excellent place to go if you want to make a good impression on your company. A tad pricey, but worth every penny from appetizers to desert. Wine list impressive, too.

We ate late Saturday around 9pm. We were told a 45 minute wait inside or 0 outside. It was a beautiful night, and the street traffic is entertaining so we sat outside. I had the prime rib sandwich which was on a mostly toasted roll...More

Would give them a Rating of 6 if I could. Food was excellent and shrimp cocktail was the best I have ever had. They seated us right away and employees were excellent. Well worth the visit.

We are coming into town for the DCI Championships and need a place for a large group of parents to get together for an early lunch on Friday August 12. Everyone would need to be on separate checks but would probably be a group of anywhere from 25-50 people. This is the first time we have all tried to get together so not sure just how many people will be able to make it. But we need a definite place and then can get a more accurate number. Is this something your restaurant could handle on a Friday?

Harry & Izzy's. St. Elmo is over rated, haven't enjoyed my food there. Harry & Izzy is very good, awesome food.

Harry & Izzy's is an independent, upscale American Grill located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Its ambiance exudes class and sophistication in a comfortable setting.
While the lively bar is Harry & Izzy's focal point, unique dining rooms incorporate dark woods, lush fabrics and a deep color palette. This sister restaurant to the famous St. Elmo Steak House, shares a few classic dishes, while offering more menu variety. Open for lunch and dinner daily.
