What a great place! Our first time there and bartender Josh was so nice. He allowed me to try a few beers...I highly recommend Uplander Octoberfest Lager. We will definitely be back!

I enjoy sitting in the Pine Room and partaking in the conversations. Surprisingly you can get a decent meal as well. I always get a salad because they are fresh and local I believe. It's a nice place to hang out and relax.

In such a small town, having a local restaurant with music is great. This place has the potential to be wonderful. At different times depending on the owner and chef it has been excellent!!! They have had wonderfully unique soups ( squash), salads, locally obtained...More

How do you screw up a burger? Go here and find out! I'm not sure if the meat was old/bad or what but it was the worst tasting burger I've ever had. The service was somehow even worse than the food. Go someplace else, anyplace...More

My wife and I had great burgers and enjoyed free music on the Friday night we visited. Definitely a place I would go back to.There are a lot of characters working there which makes this place interesting.

Food is good, service is terrible. portions are rather small and the price is rather high. Not to bash the personal habits of people but it seems as though the staff lacks personal hygiene. Tried a couple of the area beers and they were not...More

The food was really good when we finally got it. We asked for the check several times before we got it. I had to hunt the server down two times to get the check. The place seemed very disorganized. They were busy but the way...More

We went for an open mic night and enjoyed dinner and some drinks first. We've eaten at other restaurants in Nashville, and they can be super busy with tourists. This wasn't downtown, and had more of a local vibe, and wasn't as crowded. There were...More

Description
Established in 1949, the Pine Room Tavern has stood the test of time in the little artist colony of Nashville Indiana. This Brown County restaurant has healthy & delicious food, a comprehensive list of wine, plus nine beers on tap. With live entertainment 7 nights a week; which includes local songwriters and National touring acts. THE PREMIER MUSIC SPOT in Nashville & Brown County Indiana In 2015 The Muddy Boots Cafe closed its doors at the Van Buren location and began the process of remodeling 1600 sq feet of space just behind the Pine Rooms kitchen. And in February 2016, after a year of hard work, the "Muddy Boots" area of the Pine Room Tavern opened. Complete with the MBs espresso machine, desserts, teas, sodas, dart boards and pool tables. Stop in and enjoy the new and improved Pine Room-Muddy Boots.
