We have been coming to The Friendly for years, and the service and food continues to be great. The Friendly has been around for years, as I remember my parents going to The Friendly! I was always disappointed that they went to The Friendly, as kids can't get in. Now, I know why my parents went to The Friendly-No Kids!... More

Went on a Thursday night and it was packed (good sign). Had Ham & Bean soup and Vegetable Soup. Both were excellent as is about everything there.

Had an early 4pm dinner comprised of chicken wings, a breaded tenderloin sandwich and a couple of adult beverages. This was our first visit and enjoyed the entire experience. Wings and tenderloin were are advertised....very good and at a very reasonable price. Service was extremely friendly and prompt. Definitely will be going back soon to sample other menu items. By... Cheers was a great place for TV but The Friendly makes you forget about Cheers. It's the best. For starters, no one under 18 so this is adults only. Good for those who want to feel grown up, not so good for those with young family members. But the menu is pure bar food - great bar food. Probably the... More

The Friendly is our go to spot for dinner. The best breaded tenderloin and chicken wings are a must-try. Great service and always consistently good. If not, they'll make it right! If you arrive at prime lunch or dinnertime, be aware that you'll have a wait. Totally worth it! Must be 21 to enter.

The Friendly is the Cheers of Zionsville Indiana. Love the food but have to leave the kids at home to visit as this is Indiana and they do t allow kids into a Tavern here, what can I say but we are such a conservative state. The line can be long but the food, the Friendly service and the price... More

Been many times and have never been disappointed. Food is always great. Diane the bartender is very friendly and attentive. Be prepared for a wait at dinner time. It's worth it. Note this is an adult establishment. Must be 21 to enter. They offer carryout if you want to feed the family.
