It was suggested that I meet a friend here for lunch while traveling. I am always on the look out for good Mexican, and Los Tulipanes did not disappoint!

I stopped on a business trip to this nice restaurant. It is very clean and welcoming. The salsa was mild but tasty. The chips were very good. Our lunch meals had more food than we could eat. It was delicious! I highly recommend for your next Mexican feast!

We love Mexican food, and we were surprised by the flavor of the food here, however we definately recommend asking for the green salsa, rather than the lightly flavored tomato paste they serve with the chips and salsa.

Food and service are good. The food is on the bland side when compared with Tex-Mex or New Mexican food. We recommend the fajitas, Chile rellanos, or Hawaiian chicken. Good family atmosphere. Lacks a party room. Good dining☺

I have eaten here several times for lunch and dinner with family. As an Arizonan I find their food imaginative and tasteful. What you would expect of authentic Mexican with an Americano touch. We make it a point to eat here whenever we return to visit. I can't wait to try their sister establishment in Pipestone, MN. I love their... More

The tacos carne asada were fantastic. Salsa as good as lots of Texas spots. The chicken soup was big enough for a family of five and delicious. Frozen margaritas also good. Would definitely come again, in the unlikely event I find myself in Sioux Center for dinner again.

Better than mexican restaurants that are in bigger more traditionally Hispanic cities... you wouldnt expect this in a small town like sioux center ia.
