After eating Army food for a while anything is better but this place is cool! Meats, veggies, and sauces are spread and so many varieties. Lots of seats and staff are moving fast. The menu has options too! With Rangoon, desserts and things available. I didn't eat from the menu so I don't know. I would come again.

We love HuHot. You can eat squid, crab, fish, pork, beef, chicken, sausage and shrimp at times. Many types of noodles and veggies. And a whole bar of sauces from mild to volcanic. You fill up a bowl and they cook it up on this huge round grill. Go back as many times as you want. They bring out a... More

I took my family here on a Sunday night. The food was good as always but the sanitation was suspect. We were seated at a table that was not fully cleared and the floor was filthy underneath our table. In addition, the buffet area was in need of some TCL. It was almost too much to take. I will seriously... More

Good food. Selections are great. Just grab a bowel and fill it with 8 or 9 kinds of meat, 3 kinds of noodles, lots of different items on the fixens bar and sauces to many to count. Hand it over to the Mongolian's (Hispanic Mongolians) to grill it, they plate it up and you are off to your table to... More

We met several family members for a Sunday evening meal. Hu Hot is a fun atmoshere with the all-you-can-eat benefit for the hardy appetiite. The service was good and the food was at its usual level of quality. Drinks were warmer than we prefer. The make-your-own style is fun, but HuHot is not good for a totally relaxed meal, and... More

First time eating there. If you like that kind of food its a neat place to try. The meat selections were pork ,beef, chicken, sausage, fish ,and crab. they had a lot of greens and vegetables. They have many different sauces to choose from. Watching them run the grill is pretty cool as well.

WOW!!!! A guy on my plane into Des Moines told me about this place and I am IN LOVE!!!! I Love meat and fish and all...but I adore the veggies even more. My meal came with rice and soup, I opted for the sour soup which was great but I just tasted it as I wanted to save room for... More

I love the different sauces you can choose from and the food is fresh off the fryer. I wish they sell shrimp everyday instead of 3 times a week
