Dined during Easter with seven friends. We had a variety of main choices including scampi, mixed grill,Thai curry and the carvery. The choices on the carvery looked very tasty with a good range of vegetables etc..Half the table has a dessert from the well displayed varied options. All had one or two drinks the total bill was under £120. Popular... More

I have been here a couple of times now, always on a Sunday, and they do such a good cavery. There is a good selection of food and it's always delicious and hot; the restaurant itself is lovely, and staff very friendly. I would book though if a bigger party because it gets very busy.

We have either taken friends or been invited by friends and family to the Oak a total of 5 times during March. We have visited weekday lunchtime, weekday evenings, Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch. Sometimes we have enjoyed the excellent carvery and on other occasions chosen items from the main menu, but the food and service has always been the... More

Our party of 6 had a very enjoyable evening meal here, marred only by uncharacteristically slow service. Seated in the restaurant area in a side wing, we were clearly forgotten about between starters and main course, possibly due to the staff having to get meals out for a large party at the opposite end of the building. The food was... More

Went for Sunday lunch, as always very busy. But as always a lovely selection of melt in your mouth meats - plenty of it and an amazing selection of vegetables. Very, very nice meal.

Visited The Royal Oak for a family get together last Sunday and the food was very nice indeed - generally not keen on carvery meals, but the meats were beautiful, plentiful veg and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout. Our visit last about two hours and weren't pressured into leaving our table - it's no wonder it was... More

Visited this pub/restaurant on Friday 17th. February 2017 foot lunch. Plenty of parking. On entering the lounge/restaurant if was difficult to know what to do. Some premises have a desk where it says wait to be seated. There was none of this. We went to the bar but no on one was about. It was a few minutes before any... More

Love this place, always feel very welcomed and food is amazing. They serve a wide variety of food, however I usually go for the steak. Cooked to perfection and a lovely big portion!:) could not fault it. Have also tried the roast that they do and again top class! best in Worcestershire in my opinion. Lastly the puddings, wow is...
