Visited this pub/restaurant on Friday 17th. February 2017 foot lunch. Plenty of parking. On entering the lounge/restaurant if was difficult to know what to do. Some premises have a desk where it says wait to be seated. There was none of this. We went to the bar but no on one was about. It was a few minutes before any... More

Love this place, always feel very welcomed and food is amazing. They serve a wide variety of food, however I usually go for the steak. Cooked to perfection and a lovely big portion!:) could not fault it. Have also tried the roast that they do and again top class! best in Worcestershire in my opinion. Lastly the puddings, wow is... Always an amazing spread at this Carvery. Food is amazing. Other menu available if Carvery isn't your thing but you're missing out. As it's by far the best around. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Large carpark.

Went here recently to celebrate a 15th birthday with the entire family clan for a carvery. We were greeted and seated. We ordered food and had to bring our own drinks to the table from the bar. We queued up for the carvery which was wonderfully presented and fully stocked with an abundant choice of meats and veg / sides.... More

Bit disappointed on this visit. Been here in the past and always been very good. Regretfully on this occasion we found the carvery vegetables to be rather cool. I ordered the chicken and ham pie and although very tastey it was so runny it could have been described as a soup. On the other hand my husband had the rib... More

Went with friends and had an excellent lunch. Choice of three meats and at least a dozen vegetables. All cooked really well and was delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Real ales as well which suited my husband. Will definitely return.

We have been to the Royal Oak many times for different occasions and have not been disappointed with the service or food. A recent visit was outside of carvery hours but I was happy to see such a varied menu considering the carvery is usually what draws us there. The meals were very good and not expensive and the service... More

The main attraction of a carvery is meat and a choice of pork, turkey and beef were available, portions were good and well cooked. Vegetables are where I struggle with this type of food and in particular roast potatoes and the ones served when we were there were fairly tasteless, the rest of the vegetables were ok.
