This is, hands down, the best restaurant in Kansas City! The service is impeccable! They remember us every time! The wine selection is amazing! The food is to die for! Best French onion soup ever! Every dish is incredible!! So much heart and thought in each dish! This place is a gem! Love it!

With its low key presence in an upscale outdoor shopping mall in Prairie Village KS, you might pass by without a second glance on your way to a an ATM machine nearby. Do stop at the ATM, take out a few dollars (not as many as you might think) and grab a table at Café Provence. The restaurant is small,... More

So unassuming, so small but such a big experience. Excellent French cooking. Salmon was perfect. Veggies were melt-in-your-mouth tasty. Don't get me started on the choc liqueur mousse for dessert. Oh my. Best of the Village.

Lovely little French restaurant nestled in the Prairie Village shopping area. It is an intimate setting that serves wonderful French food. I particularly like the mussels. You'll have to keeping asking for more of bread though to soak up all the delicious broth it comes in.

15 year old quaint restuarant in a strip mall but come on in for an outstanding meal. We had lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Good service and well prepared meals that were seasoned perfectly. Their wine list is average but they do have a corkage policy that we have taken advantage in the past. Top French restaurant in the... More

I took my husband for lunch to celebrate his birthday. Having recently returned from Paris, where we celebrated my birthday, we enjoyed the familiar ambiance. The Soupe à l’Oignon was outstanding and not to be missed. We did not select the L’Endive au Bleu salad, but will not make that mistake next time. We also ordered the Moules Marinières and... More

First class french food and ambiance. Was there with friends last night - Steak, fish, chicken, veal - salads were all different and everyone was supremely happy. Great wine list.

Had not heard of this restaurant before winning a gift certificate. If you aren't heading specifically to it, you could be forgiven for passing by it. Unassuming with a small footprint in the middle of the Prairie Village Shops. However, the inside is cosy with an obvious French air. The onion soup my son had was delicious. Wife and I... More

Feisty One and I were beckoned to go to dinner with our part-timer, Florida-based neighbors who live in our condo. They are on our "official" approved list of foodies. They travel internationally every few months and are well-versed in wine/food. We arrived, seated quickly(MAKE RESO at least a week in advance). Bill ordered he and I a great red and... More
