I took my wife there for our anniversary. The service was beyond exceptional, the food was some of the best I have had in years. The only downfall is, they automatically add the tip to your check. Don't get me wrong, the service deserves a great tip, but I should be the judge on how much I tip.

We had a great dinner and wine at the Bistro. Service was excellent, especially the helpful bartender who helped us with our wine selection and was very good to us. The dining room is very nice and intimate. Great for date night. There is outdoor dining space but not on the rainy night we were there. I had penne rustica... More

Celebrating Monther's Day with a dinner on Saturday May 13, 2017. We had reservations at 6:30pm. Service was quite slow. Food was good, but dinner took over two hours to get served and eat. Restaurant management did not offer a reason for the slow service or offer an apology.

I have been in Bowling Green for 3 months on business so I have pretty much eaten everywhere. In my opinion this is the best restaurant for atmosphere and food. I have ordered multiple items and all have been fantastic.

The Bistro location is one of the oldest homes in Bowling Green, KY where the local doctor of the late 1800's lived. Our server really knew the menu items and was very professional. The food was fresh & most excellent. The Bistro is a great place to enjoy a great meal in a cool place.

Stopped in for lunch while traveling for business. Dining area was clean, and food was good. I got the Bistro Burger of the day, it was a good patty cooked medium well using house ground prime cuts of meat according to the menu. The patty was well seasoned and on this day featured a brown bourbon bacon aioli. The burger... More

Stopped here to eat on the way down 65 from Louisville to Nashville. The ambiance of the place is quite lovely but the food was just ok - nothing special. The salads are uninspired so don't pay the $4 to add it to your meal. They should have shaved Parmesan on the Caesar and not the powder stuff. My husband... More

This is by far the best food in Bowling Green, a city mostly made up of strip malls and restaurants like Red Lobster, Rafferty's and the like. Fountain Square in the old part of town is beautiful, and you can walk from there to this gem on College Street, if anyone still does that sort of thing. Cuisine...eclectic, with superb... More

We went to the restaurant on a Tuesday night. Our server was absolutely the best! He was very attentive, and did a superb job. The food was delicious. The drinks were great. We dined with our 10 year old and 15 year old. They made a special dish for our 10 year old since their kids' choices are limited. Prices... More

Once again used TripAdvisor to find a good restaurant in a new city and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend. Arrived 20 minutes before dinner was served but we were greeted warmly and offered a table. Instead we decided to start at the small bar area where we could order drinks (half priced wine for happy hour) and... More
