The ice cream is totally worth the price. Many varieties and add ins. Sundaes and things like brownies topped with ice cream. The down side, not much room to sit and eat. The coffee ice cream had bits of toasted almonds and toffee. So good! Especially with a scoop of chocolate!

Many options for ice cream flavors, as well as mix ins. A bit pricey, especially if you're feeding several.

Obviously the ice cream is delicious. However, the restaurant gets obscenely crowded and the manager never staffs enough workers to keep up to the demand of the customers. I like to visit Cold Stone once a month. It's my favorite ice cream. The staff is always nice and the place is clean.

I mean... it's icecream, not really sure how anyone could write a BAD review other than the fact that their prices are pretty high. I usually only go when I get my once-a-year 'happy birthday' coupon from them or when I happen to get a coupon or gift card because it is kind of pricey. But it's SO good!!

Cold Stones is just absolutely amazing. However, I only go to Cold Stone's now on special occasions, since it's way too much for me to eat each friday. Best staff, icecream. Singing staff when you leave a tip and they greet you as you enter and say good bye as you leave. SUGGESTIONS Mondays-Thursdays-(mornings-afternoons)-PRACTICALLY EMPTY FRIDAYS-(EVENINGS)--VERY VERY CROWDED Saturdays-Sundays--(all times0sundays... More
