After finishing up with a volleyball tournament took my daughter here for the first time. I cannot bring myself to order anything but the amazing Kentucky Hot Brown - love, love this sandwich!

On our first visit things were good. However on our next visit my husband enjoyed his meal. I ordered the roast and while the roast and potatoes were warm the carrots were cold. Service was very slow and the waitress was not very attentive.

One of my favorite places to eat. Great choices of home style cooking. Best hot brown ever! Never had bad service or food. Local fav.

No change to the menu. Pies are still great as well. As far as atmosphere I would visit the one down on Old Harrodsburgs Road. There are some nice trees to find shade in if you happen to take the short stroll to the banks... More

The Zandale location has a private room and a covered patio. Either would accommodate your party. Call and speak to a manager for reservations.
