Went there with some buddies before getting to the track. Now, they have the best fried (thick cut Hebrew National) fried beef bologna sandwich, but... didn't need any more salt in my diet at that point in the trip. So I ordered the "Veggie Brown"....More

Visited Ramseys in Brighton recently with a group. I have to say the wait was a while but, once We were served it was definately worth the wait! Fried fish was good, salads good, livers were excellent. But...the KY Hot Brown was over the top!...More

There are 3 Ramsey’s Diners in the Lexington area. Our hotel had recommended them so we thought we’d give them a try. I had the lemon yogurt chicken which was not at all lemony, but had a good char taste. My husband had the pot...More

Everything on the menu is consistently good, home style southern comfort food, great seasonal offerings.

This is by far the best place to eat in Lexington! Lots of food choices and great service. Lots of home style veggies. They even have fresh corn (cut off) year round!

Enough said, hot brown, nothing else. You can ask for half portion if you are not feeling too hungry. Service is always great, they keep your sweet tea topped so you dont get thirsty. I have never had room for dessert, but someday i will.

Delicious bloody marys. The pork chops and catfish are my all time faves. Relaxed atmosphere, kid friendly.

The veggie platter is my favorite and every time I say, I'll take some home. I never leave enough to take home. The garden salad all the way, fried green tomatoes, pinto beans and sauté spinach are outstanding.

No change to the menu. Pies are still great as well. As far as atmosphere I would visit the one down on Old Harrodsburgs Road. There are some nice trees to find shade in if you happen to take the short stroll to the banks... More

The Zandale location has a private room and a covered patio. Either would accommodate your party. Call and speak to a manager for reservations.
