I cannot thank the staff enough for allowing my bride to enjoy the perfect party with our friends and family. We are extremely grateful for them letting us stay way past our allotted time. Our out-of-town guests were impressed with the decor and hospitality. I am proud that Greentree is part of Lexington.

Lovely setting. Good service. Food was nothing special. Only one tea served. One of the nine reservations couldn't make it at the last minute. I was charged for the no-show. The "to-go" box for the no-show was meager as it did not contain everything that was served. When I made the reservation, they should have explained that all reservations would... More

A friend treated my husband and me to tea at the Greentree tearoom in Lexington, KY, last week, and I wasn't sure if my husband would like it or not, but he was impressed. Our menu included: chillled cantaloupe soup (outstanding), oatmeal scone with orange marmalade & fayette cream, baked pear with blue cheese entree salad (I am going to... More

From start to finish - this was perfection! The service was terrific. The food was exceptional! The surroundings were lovely. There aren't enough superlatives for the dining experience. I highly recommend Greentree Tea Room.

I had six friends visit from different states and we spent one day at the Greentree Tea Room. Our meal started with a vege soup in white sauce, then blueberry scones with Fayette cream and a luncheon Kentucky Hot Brown, all the time having our tea cups refilled with spring tea blend. We then helped ourselves to finger sandwiches, lemon... More

We called for reservations and were able to make reservations for the lunchtime tea, which featured the fixed menu for April. We enjoyed the good "spring tea blend" and our cups kept filling up again and again, a rare pleasure for a tea drinker. The spring vegetable soup was the meal's beginning, followed by a large blueberry scone with blueberry... More

A pleasant stop for mid day tea. You need to make reservations. Multiple courses. Their service needs to be improved delivering the food. Tea service excellent. Set menu for tea.

The several course luncheon provided an array of taste choices, from cucumber soup to delectable scones. I could have dined on the scones alone. There were a few heavy handed missteps in the food prep but they were minor in comparison with the overall meal. The price you pay for lunch is for the atmosphere as well as for the... More

I came as a guest and thought this was just afternoon tea. In fact as you can see by the menu there were several courses! The cucumber soup was delicious, the scone with homemade jam and 'Devonshire clotted cream' was outstanding. Main course was chicken with grapes and pineapple. Dessert was a varied selection of tea sandwiches and a chocolate... More
