The food was good, though the fried rice and egg rolls were greasy and less healthy than I hoped for. I know, neither fried rice nor egg rolls are healthy options to begin with, but I was surprised nonetheless that they used that much grease. They were tasty, though, so if taste is your priority you may like them. The... More

We were sitting across the street when we noticed Heart and Soy and thought to ourselves - we MUST come back for dinner. We were not disappointed! My friend and I got a bit of everything including: fried tofu, egg roll and noodles, fried rice, meso soup and the bubble tea. Everything was absolutely delicious! Their tofu was top notch... More

This is my favorite restaurant in Louisville. I am here at least once a week. The food is excellent, and I am not a vegetarian. My favorite dish is the Hue, the spicy soup, which I crave all the time. I also love the egg rolls and the spring rolls.

So in addition to being vegetarian, Heart and Soy has gluten-free and MSG-free options available. When you first walk in, the plain decor might make you question if all the great reviews were justified (not bad ambiance, just very unassuming), but the food is truly delicious. I got the Korean rice bowl and my daughter ordered the vegetable fried rice;... More

So good to find a place specializing in both Asian and Vegan food! I decided to try the Singapore noodles and I am glad I did!

You may think you have had tofu, but you have never had tofu like this. Everything is delicious, reasonably priced, and well prepared. Don't miss the case of vegan desserts.

Love the Korean rice bowl and the spring rolls! We're not vegetarians but if every restaurant offered options as delicious, healthy and hearty as this place, we could be convinced to join the cause. Been here twice and can't wait to return.

Don't miss out on this amazing restaurant. From the soups to the entrees to the deserts you cannot go wrong. They offer full vegan selections and let me be clear that even the biggest "meat eaters" enjoy this place. The flavors and quality will not disappoint. Try the tofu fajitas...you will instantly be obsessed.

My title says it all! Not only is the food great but the fact that they make their own tofu is amazing. All the ingredients are fresh and I believe that's why everything is so good. I consider this restaurant the best Vegetarian restaurant in the state. P.S. Don't forget to get some bubble tea!

My friend had been here and ordered the Vietnamese sandwich, which actually comes on bread, which I thought was strange for a Asian restaurant. But that was the reason for him bringing me here. We had a hard time finding someone to seat us as the bartender, waitress, and hostess are all the same person. I noticed other people had... More
