Just stepped into the 1950's but 5 star service. The ribs were the best ribs I ever ate. Hands down the best. And for dessert buttermilk pie. To die for ribs and to die for pie.

The food was very good, especially if you like barbecue. The portions were good. The service was good. I would go back if I am ever in that area of the world again.

I always prefer locally owned over a national chain dining experience, especially when I am visiting a different city. Mark's Feed Store met and exceeded my every expectation. We came for barbecue and they do BBQ well! My friend loved the ribs and the cornbread and burgoo were fantastic! The restaurant is in a great location and the staff scored... More

We had a salad and burgers. The spicy fries are mild but good. Good atmosphere. Great service. Extra sauces on the table were great.

Given Mark's has locations throughout Louisville and sports a #11 rating here on TripAdvisor, I had expected more than what I discovered. Upon entering, one finds friendly staff and a very casual ambiance. For me, the experience went downhill from there. Upon being seated, I was asked if I'd like a beverage. I like beer with BBQ. Specifically, an IPA.... More

We enjoyed a great and filling lunch here. The honey wings and onion straws were very tasty and more than enough to share with our party of five. I had the pork sandwich with yummy coleslaw and incredible sweet potato fries! The Burgoo had a nice spicy pop and was filled with chunks of meat. The salmon salad was loaded... More

Had lunch there today. GF and I shared the BBQ sandwhich and bowl of burgoo for $10.38 plus tip. Can't beat the price. Not the greatest BBQ in the world but a good casual place for lunch or dinner. Have not tried the ribs in a while.

We ate a late lunch at Mark's, starving because we had waited too long to eat. The staff was very friendly. There were numerous barbeque options in a variety of serving sizes. If you are a "first-timer", they give you a bottle of their barbeque sauce to take with you. It was a very tasty meal.
