We have eaten both lunch and dinner here and it is fantastic. We enjoy sitting on the front porch when we eat, but inside is comfy and rustic. The first time we ate there we had the Kentucky Hot Brown. This was big enough for us to split. Prices are reasonable and the portions are large enough. But, be careful,... More

Great unusual place. Cool building and location. Outside deck is a nice spot to have your dinner or lunch. We had hot browns with onion rings as a side. Both were recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Service was good and efficient. Give it a try when passing thur Midway.

Incredible location, cool building but everything else is average. Has a chance to be special but not yet.

Informal, several page menu, local beers and food that will put you off your diet. Unless you have the SMALL salad. Large would have been enough 2 people and even the small had more chicken on the 'greens' then you might expect.

This is a great little place. I have just lived here for a week and have eaten here two times. The catfish is really good. Some of the sides are very good but different from most placea. The cobbler is very good and great service.

We had the bagel sandwich and the Monte Cristi. Both were delish! Service was very good. Casey waited on us. She is so sweet.

I stopped in for dinner after a day of touring nearby horse farms and visiting the shops in Midway. I was by myself and sort of stuck at a table in a corner, but it was okay - the food was delicious! I had my first Hot Brown and it was really good. Complete with apple cobbler at the end,... More

My husband and I along with a family member recently had lunch here. My husband had a hamburger which he thought was one of the best that he has ever had. The family member had the Rueben sandwich which was equally as good. I had the Monte Cristo...although it was very tasty, it was hard and somewhat difficult to eat.... More

We make it a habit of stopping in Midway to check out the eats. This is my first visit to Darlin Jean's. The service was prompt. Menu items were salads, sandwiches and burgers. My wife had the Hot Kentucky Brown which she rates as very good. I had a pulled BBQ pork with melted cheese and topped with cole slaw... More
