My family and I spent the night in nearby Lexington, KY on our way to Paducah and decided to try Wallace Station in Versailles. It was nothing short of amazing. We arrived right around lunchtime to find the line out the door and wrapped around the building. It moved quickly, however, and the overall general atmosphere was exciting. Tucked away... More

This restaurant has inside and outside, we had fresh made sandwiches and soup, then took out the dessert. The food was excellent. ample parking on the side. They sells beer and soft drinks as well. The outside is in the back very nice place to enjoy your meal. If you are in the area I would recommend a stop here,... More

Wallace Station has always been a favorite "go to" place when entertaining guests from out of town. Nothing like a scenic drive or a visit to Woodford Reserve or Wild Turkey Distillery and then a late lunch at WS to showcase the Bluegrass. I have been many, many times ... and always order the same thing- the protein salad -... More

Stopped here for lunch on a rainy day. Line out the door. They have outdoor seating but not ideal for rainy days. Place your order then wait for table to open. Staff has no control over the table seating. We saw people waiting for a table and some that had not place ordered yet sent a member from her party... More

I love this place. Great food, lovely surroundings. Staff is always a bit overwhelmed as it is a busy place but they are quick to fix a problem and the food is consistently good.

I visited with three friends last week for lunch whilst on our driving tour of the thoroughbred farms. I had the chilli which was amazing, the portion appeared small but it was very filling and delicious! My friends ate sandwiches which I am told were also great. I also had a piece of the chess tart which was lovely.

Came in on a Saturday after around 11:30 am before the lunch crowd got in full swing. No wait, walked right up. As we were leaving the line was out the door into the parking lot. The menu is above your head at the cash register. So if you have trouble making quick decisions, I would recommend looking at the... More

Visited on a Saturday for dinner after a bourbon tour at nearby Woodford. Plenty of tables available but there was a decent line to the counter, stretching outside into the heat. Worth the wait in the sun though because the food was incredible, especially the fried banana peppers! I will crave these forever! I did want for a better beer... More

We have found all of Chef Ouida's restaurants to be delightful, but when we want a quick lunch or early dinner, we're most often going to Wallace Station. We enjoy the drive, the food is delicious and the atmosphere very quaint. We've taken guests there often and they've enjoyed it as much as we have. Be prepared for a wait... More
