Sorry to say I tried this place twice and was disappointed with the food and the service both times. The location and atmosphere are great so I really wish it was better, but I won't be going back.

Ate here twice this month and both times were good. Margaritas are really good but not cheap. Great Guacamole. Service could use a little pep in the step .

It's been a good while since I last ate here. I probably won't go back. The atmosphere is pretty much nil, the service was ok, the food was awful. I drank water or tea, so can't comment on the bar. It was an underwhelming experience. I have been to the Bluebonnet location, which seems to be marginally better, but nowhere... More

La Carreta is consistently good. The menu is diverse but is traditional. The servers are always nice and efficient. I have been here 20+ times and never had a bad experience. The prices are reasonable.

My coworkers and I visited her for Cinco de mayo and was asked how long we were going to be because others were waiting. When you're spending your money at an establishment, this is the last thing you expect to be asked.

The chips and salsa was good. That's all I had in the way of food. I was there for margaritas and they were very good. All are made by hand, even the frozen ones are made by hand before freezing.

I live a few blocks down from this restaurant so I go there quite a bit with my family. I've also gone there for drinks and snacks after work and I find it a pleasant place to meet and catch up with friends. While the food is mostly average Mexican fair (no near the quality of Superior Grill down the... More

Good food. Reasonable prices. SIX tables with FOUR waiters. Poorest service I've ever experienced! 15 minutes to approach our table to ask if we wanted drinks!

Went here for the first time with a group of friends. Had a platter with chicken taco cheese enchilada and beans and rice. Place was very busy and being my first time there I was looking forward to some good food. Wait staff were friendly, efficient and helpful in getting what I wanted rather that reading through all the menu.... More
