Best shrimp Po-boy I've had in a while. Different from Po-boys I've eaten in my home state, Mississippi, but just as good. Generally ours are on toasted french bread with majo while they have a soft french bread bun with remoulade. I really liked the remoulade! At home we prefer remoulade sauce to tartar for fried catfish.

We stopped in for drinks and a couple of appetizers last night. The crab cakes and the spinach and artichoke dip were very good. But, we both ended up with a mild case of food poisoning. We called the cafe this morning to warn them of the problem. A very sympathetic woman said she would speak to the kitchen staff... More

I had the pump hamburger and was really impressed. The beef was so tender it literally melted in my mouth. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

The food is magnificent! The atmosphere is remarkable. The waiters/waitresses are friendly and timely and don't try to upsale you. They respect your orders, without disturbing your personal aura. Plus you get a huge plate of food for your pretty pennies you spend!😉

Took first bite in Salad to find an odd piece of broken off plastic with a nozzle staring at me, when waitress came to pick up plate, did not get a real apology, just wanted to know if I wanted to order something else, as if I had an appetite after that. The last 3 times I ordered salad here I... I heard so much about this place and I wanted to give it a shot. It's an art gallery basically with very basic foods. Someone else said basically a deli and I agree. Not many gluten free options. My husband ordered a potato and it was very small. My son got a monte cristo and it's not fried. I stuck... More

Enjoying a great business dinner. Having the Ahi Tuna Nachos. Awesome. In the heart of the revitalized downtown. Parking is easy.

this place is basically a deli. The sandwiches are good. Although they brag on their bread pudding and it is good however, I recommend the eastern part of the state when it comes to bread pudding. It is usually crowed during the weekdays, but slow on weekend days. Nights are usually busy but you usually do not have to wait... More
