Good place to take the family. Had a bad batch of potatoes but were replaced. Server wasn't very attentive (young man). Only received 1 pack of crackers with the gumbo but gumbo was great tasting. Soft shell crab always good. Sautéed crab claws were tender...More

We hit Deanie's every trip to NO. Fried shrimp is the best, bread pudding is to die for. But that salad with the fig dressing is hands down the best salad taste in the world! It's not fancy, just Romaine, bleu cheese, toasted pecans, but...More

This casual restaurant in Metairie, just outside New Orleans, has good tasting seafood for the whole family. The portions are very generous. The staff was very nice and had quick service. The price was reasonable.

Service excellent, food quantity and quality was excellent! Loved the fresh potatoes while you wait! The other meals that passed my view looked bountiful! My simple catfish poboy was plenty enough for me!
