Used to live in the area in the early 90s and this was THE place to fine craft brew & is still a kick to rummage around to see what treasures await! It is EXACTLY the same which makes it impossibel not to stop in everytime we are in the area visiting family. Our favorite Tess's pizza is topped with... More

I found a reasonably-priced chardonnay that I can stick with. Also learned that there is a 10% discount on 6 bottles or more. The meatball pizza is the best!

It looks very sketchy on the outside but it is family and friends friendly and has quite good sandwiches and pizza with a lot of different ways to make your sandwich.

Tess Market is an anomaly. From the exterior, it appears to be a convenience store. Once inside and you realize it does a brisk business in take out sandwiches and other food. Tess seems to have a phenomenal memory of each of her client's preferences, and it's apparent there are a lot of repeat customers. As it turns out, I've... More

Best subs anywhere, best wine selection to be found definitely for true wine lovers looking for that special bottle and vintage. The store is cluttered and wonderful. I used to come here way back in high school, it is one of the things that hasn't changed in Brunswick. I always loved the pizza, dont know about them cutting it in... More

Best wine selection for miles and great selection of beer as well. Serviceable food too. Sorry Tess is gone, he was the best. Current staff is awesome.

Meats and veggies and bread are very fresh. I have tried other sub shops but now go out of my way to get it from Tess Market.

We tried Tess’ market pizza because we had heard great things both online and from several locals. I had been to Tess market as child, but hadn’t gone back to in many years, as I did not have fond memories of the pizza. The glowing reviews brought us back in, but memories from my youth came haunting back. We were... More

We constantly tell our friends about Tess. Noone in the area gives her a second thought. It is as though her exterior makes her seem like a little convenience store, which she is, but she is so much more.!!! You can get some of the best brews here! If they can find it in their network, they will get it... More

This small wine shop has more varieties of wine packed into its shop then a large commercial wine store. If you are looking for something different, you will find it here. We were looking for an Italian dessert wine, and this shop had a variety (not just one selection). We have not tried their sandwiches, but I bet they are... More
