Changed hands/names to now be called Dudley's Refresher, but still a good stop for a quick grilled cheese, ice cream, or other day food.

Stopped by for a hand-dipped ice cream and was very disappointed when the "large" cones- $11+ and a tip-amounted to 2 kiddie cones. The Breeze may want to consider buying larger scoops to dispense their Gifford's ice cream. :(

The Breeze's staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. They prepared the food in a timely fashion. Two of us had the fish tacos. We felt they were definitely not bad yet not outstanding. Another two people had the chowder and gave it a grade of...More

Town of Castine awarded the 3-year concession lease to owners of El El Frijoles in Sargentville. If their new restaurant (in a new building) is half as good as El El, Castine is in for a treat.

We were in Castine the beginning of September and this has to be one of the best lobster rolls I had in Maine. The town of Castine is amazing and sitting on the dock and seeing the freshmen students running through town was great fun!

According to the sign they've posted on their window, they're closing due to their rent being raised 300 percent. Nothing special, it's a shack next to the town dock that serves ice cream and seafood. Overpriced.

Great ice cream to enjoy on the dock! I enjoyed the Deer Tracks (coffee ice cream with Heath Bar), while my husband enjoyed Mainr Maple Walnut.

OMG! Fantastic fried clams, delicious lobster rolls.....They both were so good I ordered BOTH the two times we ate lunch there! Simple takeout shack at the end of Main Street right on the water. Don't miss it!
