The Barnacle is perfectly positioned for a quick stop as soon as you get off the boat or when you are waiting for the boat to leave. Coffee, scones...and that chowder. Best in the Island in my opinion.

Known for their pastries, and chowder, you need to get there early before they sell out. Also sell t-shirts, post cards, and other island-themed/made items.

I always stop in at the Barnacle for some baked goods or chowder. The chowder is excellent especially on cool, windy and damp days.
An average coffee shop with great pastries. It also has great views of the harbor and is a nice place to go in the morning for views and coffee.
