Came here for brunch - and was lucky enough to get a table outside in the back to enjoy the lovely weekend weather. What a treat and such a tasty breakfast. Waffles with blueberries, hash browns with caramelized onions and corned beef hash. - All fresh. Would definitely return!

When I come back to Portland I go to Hot Suppa. They always have an amazing menu and everything is delicious! You will never have a sandwich like their Cubano!

The Comedian Louis Black called Hot Suppa the best breakfast in America. The guys been around some and has eaten a lot of breakfasts. As he intimates, this is not diet food but I found our brunch hearty but not a fat-bomb. The cooking is Southern in style. The biscuits for starters are pillowy and not too thick so you... More

We visited Hot Suppa for breakfast. There was a wait still at 9 AM and it became longer as we were eating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. My wife had the sausage and gravy buiscuts. Done well and just spicy enough. I had the breakfast burrito. Very filling. Would love to try the Bloody... More

This place was absolutely amazing. It is a cute little southern restaurant, quite small inside but with a nice ambience. The food was incredible and the staff were so hospitable. We would definitely return. The food came out quickly and was very reasonably priced. There was a great expansive menu with a range of southern dishes, allowing you to get... More

We stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday. Got right in when it opened at 730am. Waffle was amazing, thin style, similar to a Waffle House waffle. The corned beef hash is special. My wife does not even like hash and she enjoyed this hash. This is a breakfast staple stop when I come to Portland. Great service, nice local... More

Went for breakfast on a Wednesday. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but the food was mixed. I ordered the waffle with blueberry compote and chantilly cream, and a poached egg on the side. The poached egg was probably the best I've had in terms of cooking it the way I like (creamy, not runny or dry), but... More

Went there on a Sunday morning for breakfast. We were lucky, having only a 20 minute wait. Right after we got in, the line was out the door. It is definitely a small place but the breakfast was great. The home-made corn beef hash was awesome as was everything else. Good service too!

Went here with the intention of getting in on the $1.00 Oyster Happy Hour and was impressed by how fresh and tasty these Maine harvested little buggers on the half shell really were. Two of us ended up scarfing down 3-dozen of these bad boyz and every on was deee-liscous indeed. The cocktails and wine we had along with this... More

Description
The menu at Hot Suppa is all made from scratch from quality ingredients; local goods are used whenever possible. Our renowned breakfast and lunch are served seven days a week, so you can get that corned beef hash fix whenever you’re jonesing. Dinner is available five nights a week, featuring our favorite dishes, like fried chicken & a waffle, falafel salad, and Maine oysters on the half shell. We offer a full bar service if you care to relax into the evening with a Porch Swing cocktail, or recover in the morning with a spicy Bloody Mary or cold draft beer.
