Attempted to have lunch. Initial wait staff was not very friendly. Once lunch was ordered, waited 35 minutes and still no food. Nothing but water, and had to ask for a refill twice. No communication from wait person regarding statices of our order. Restaurant was not very busy and there were only two of us ordering lunch. We finally left... More

Went on a Friday early evening and there was a 45 min wait. We decided to stop back later against the hostess' advice. Later we only waited a few minutes that softened by a nice IPA from the bar. Had the rueben and it was very good. Wasn't sure i would like the thick sliced corned beef but it was... More

Food menu is great. I thought the craft beer selection was weak. Service was fair at best at the bar.

Great food and service. I did not have one of their burgers - (I don't care for burgers) and there were plenty of other options. All were unique -I really felt like I'd eaten out, and it was only lunch! The fries were excellent, and again, I don't really like fries. They offer sauces with them that are great. Atmosphere... I highly recommend the reuben! It's my favorite sandwich and they have the best I have ever tried!! We got there when they first opened for lunch, which was good because they filled up quickly!

We're avid fans of Food Network, and Nosh came up a few times on there, whether it was the Man Vs Food episode with the apocalypse now burger, or Nosh being put on their "Best burger in Maine" lists. We ordered Nosh through the 2DineIn program (a delivery program for Portland, and this review does not in any way bash... More

Great place in downtown Portland. I had the Nosh Burger which was the best burger I've ever had. I also had the buffalo dusted fries and vinegar fries. Out of this world!! Have to check this place out if you're in Portland.

Had lunch at Nosh and enjoyed the food. Casual atmosphere, but a bit pretentious in the menu and presentation. Ignore all that and go anyway.

We decided to eat here last night becauae we had family coming from Maryland and wanted to show them so great Portland food. We decided on nosh necause it is classic food with a flavorful twist. There is usually a wait especially on the weekends which on Friday night was about a half hour. We ordered the wings and sweet... More

Definitely worth a stop in for one of their amazing burgers or fries with your choice of unique sauces. Kind of pricey but reading through the menu makes the pain go away.
