A great spot for oysters and seafood. There’s a full bar and al fresco seating in good weather. Can get crazy busy, and there’s often a wait, but worth it.

A unique Portland, Me. restaurant with a large variety of oysters. They offer up a unique menu with small portions, tapas style. We enjoyed a couplle of orders of battered .haddock which was delicious. The lobster roll was a lot different than the conventional lobster...More

Go. Don't stop, don't think, just go. I sat at the bar. All of the bartenders were gracious, friendly and wonderful! The wine list was perfect (in my opinion). The oysters were amazing! So fresh, so full of flavor, so unique to the area from...More

Eventide has delicious lobster rolls -the bread and the lobster meat just melts in your mouth. But... they are very pricey. They have a good seafood variety and serve fast. It's casual and very crowded for dinner but a great choice for lunch. I would...More

Oysters and calms totally fresh and served with a variety of ices that are hard to duplicate anywhere. Signature lobster roll is pricey but worth it as a unique lobster roll experience and a gastronomic delight.

My husband and I stopped by Eventide during our Maine vacation in August 2017. I will say that the wait time was insane (a bit undesirable frankly) but I guess that speaks volumes. Oysters in Maine is just super fresh, and you can taste it...More

I'm a seafood fanatic And this place is one for the hall of fame. Had a business diner here while in town for work. The meal was amazing and the cocktails even better. A little pricey but well worth it. New England know seafood!

Delicious seafood, cool industrial chic atmosphere with very friendly waitstaff, which was a pleasant surprise! We particularly loved the oysters and the variety of sauces. You get what you pay for, which here means $$ and an incredible meal!

It's not far, but you can also drive if you want. It's on Middle Street, so it is the next parallel street to Fore Street, one block further from the harbor. Then it is about three blocks over to Franklin, and it is almost... More
