This restaurant is my favorite in the Rockland area. How good? So good that we went twice in one week!!! Delicious ingredients...specials to die for, and good, healthy & amazing ingredients!!! Fresh and 5 star cuisine!!! Don’t miss it- you’ll regret it!!

Tried to eat here one evening but they were booked with reservations. That is because it is so small. Eight tables. Nothing special for decor. Went around the corner to eat instead.

We made reservations for 8pm on a Saturday, and glad we did because this place was packed! The inside is small, and it was VERY loud. They actually have a patio, with a wood stove, so we sat outside (In October!) and it was perfect,...More

Having heard that the food scene in tourist towns in Maine has gone upscale, our dinner experiences before Cafe Miranda have been disappointing - menus weighted with fried seafood offerings and a lack of complex flavor combinations. Cafe Miranda broke free of both "fat and...More

Lot's of different types of food here. Good beer selection. Everything is well prepared. Check out the bathrooms, they are a lot of fun.

I have now eaten here a few times, great for lunch and dinner. I love the unique and innovative dishes available. HUGE portions, which makes it nearly impossible to get a starter. Also, the choice is sometimes too overwhelming and the menu layout doesn't help....More

We took a friend's suggestion of Cafe Miranda last evening. I don't know what we did to trigger it, but they sat us in a shed behind the restaurant with (not very completely) whitewashed pine walls with knotholes and a a corrugated sheetmetal roof with...More

Love the food here, hamburgers or salad. All is exceptional. Take out or eat in, both choices will leave you to a happy place.

I ordered fish cakes that came with a variety of sides. Everything was bland and a waste or money for me.

Very busy establishment. Clean. Definitely vegan friendly. Good food. We had the amazing sheer and fabulous local tofu. Yummy 😋 would eat here every day.

NO, there is not a fireplace inside, but outside during cool evenings they have a gas fireplace. We were there recently and the outside was closed.

Kerry, the owner, is from Shenandoah, Pennsylvania. Shenandoah is often called the Polish Poconos and is the home of "Mrs. T's" pierogies and a yearly "kielbasa" fest. I'm certain you can get Pierogies, if you call ahead!
