I have only eaten here twice and had the same thing both times. Grilled Cheese Stack Burger, that's exactly what it sounds like. A burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches, I also added bacon to mine and had Cajun fries as my side. Delicious both times I've had it, I need to make this a more regular stop.

Always a quickly served and delicious breakfast. Many of the typical eggs, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, etc and all are great. Had some homemade lasagna at a recent Sanford Chamber of Commerce event - it was delcious! Definitely worth a visit for breakfast or lunch.

I found this diner quite by accident. Was looking for someplace to have lunch and noticed a small sign on route 202 advertising the diner. The place is small and decorated in a firehouse theme. The staff is very friendly and the service is very fast. I had the Rubin and I would highly recommend the fried pickles. They have... More

Sanford is a bit off the beaten track but not worth the journey . This diner is very small and decked out in fire/firehouse memorabilia making it quaint and quirky but very comfortable. The morning my husband and I stopped in for breakfast the place was very busy but service was fast and friendly. The food was excellent. I had... More

This time i was very disappointed. The eggs were overcooked, the toast burnt, the homefries were huge chunks and were black on outsice and 1/2 raw inside.

Found this spot earlier this year. Haven't had a bad meal. Between there homemade bread or jams and quick turn around you won't be disappointed. It's just a little diner but I recently tried the Texas poach which is a corn muffin with poached eggs and homemade chili. Then I dusted it with grated cheddar. Spectacular. The chili was a... More

Absolutely LOVE this little diner style restaurant! The lobster Benedict is wonderful and my daughter loves their hash Benedict! Very prompt and friendly service and relaxed atmosphere! Can't wait to go again!

I have eaten here several times in the past couple of months and each time have been treated to good food, attentive service and a great value for the price.

Those who follow my reviews know we are breakfast aficionados, and take it pretty seriously. Visiting the 3rd Alarm Diner in Sanford, ME, was a truly unique experience for us. The place is tiny, with 9 tables and a small stool seating area. The bathrooms were ultra unique, and smaller than most porta-potties, with the single sink for both bathrooms... More
