One great lunch, lots of lobster, lots of good smooth cheese and crumbs on top. All for $12.00. Can’t be beat.

I come to the Maine Diner every time I come to Maine. The seafood chowder is amazing! And the lobster mac & cheese has giant chunks of lobster! Definitely a great value.

When you see a diner, you probably know what to expect: good food and quality service at a reasonable price. No surprises here. Except maybe the variety of offerings at this location. No exorbitant prices, and nothing fancy. Just the kind of place you want...More

I particularly love the lobster caserole with the ritz cracker crumbs on top - I don't remember what it is called. I've also had good lobster rolls. My husband and I always eat here at least once during a trip.

Was not the first time I ate here. The food and service was excellent. It was busy for breakfast but we did not have to wait at all.

I don't think that they use boxed eggs. I think that many restaurants cannot make good scrambled eggs, because they make them on the grill and scrambled eggs need to be made in a frying pan to turn out right.
