We love Thai food and was presently surprised at this gem we stumbled upon. I saw it on my way to the dry cleaners over there. My husband and I stopped in for lunch and it was really good. Excellent customer service as well. We will be back!

Small simple restaurant serving a good selection of Thai dishes. I felt very authentic. Good service.

We were so glad to have stumbled upon this place. We tend to get Thai food when we go to Silver Spring but not near home. We found this place when we were near campus one evening and now it is our go-to Thai. I love the drunken noodles and red curry while my partner loves the pad ginger and... More

This is a small restaurant, designed more like a counter for takeout than sit down. But don't let that impression fool you - the food is fantastic and the table service friendly and efficient. I had the red curry, and it was as good or better than I've had in fancier places. I would drive to College Park just for... More

While visiting our son a second time this year in College Park, we visited Aroy. First time we had drunken noodles and second time, red and green curry. Both experiences have been very good and food has been excellent. We frequent many Thai restaurants and this place is just as good as the west coast. The place has a tiny... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this modest Thai diner, which seems to offer pretty reliable food in a modest atmosphere. Service was quick and the Penang chicken curry was satisfying. Like most Maryland Thai establishments it could never be considered too spicy.

Aroy Thai is a small restaurant located in College Park, Maryland, just off the U of MD campus, right on College Avenue. They deliver! They cater too! Their multi-course Lunch Specials are a very good value. All dishes with mango are very tasty! I like the Sticky Rice and Mango. Drunken Noodles are delicious too ( they can be served... More

This very small establishment offers reliably good Thai food at very reasonable prices. Their lunch special ($10.95) offers a choice of an appetizer (soup or spring roll), a beverage and a main dish (I usually choose the Pad See Ew, but lunch partners often request one of the several curries available). This is consistently a very good deal. Their regular... More

I recently visited this place. It is a very small place near University of Maryland. The food was very good. The food was well seasoned. I love spicy. It was spicer than many thai places in the area but I still added some extra heat to my dish. I think the best part of the place was the service. the... More

I can't believe that I haven't written a review about Aroy yet. I was very excited for Aroy to open because Yami Yami (sushi) was really lack luster and I was ready for a change. Every. Single. Time I have eaten at Aroy the food has been fantastic. Pick-up, delivery, sit down, the service has been great. The food is... More
