$60 for 2 drinks and APPETIZER and 2 CLUB SANDWICHS Rude unattentive wait staff... Honestly worst place in Cumberland I've eaten yet! Lets not even talk about the dead silence in the room... Everyone paying attention to everyones conversation because there was no ambient sound playing.... VERY uncomfortable

Stopped by for lunch. Service was great with food served fast. Have to have the hot chips & crap dip - best we have had in the area. Portions are large. I had a Reuben and my wife, a large salad which she loved. We will come again.

Oscars never disappoints! The wait staff is always nice and great to be around. Never wait on anything. Drinks are always filled. My wife and I had the Crabby Hot Chips for the appetizer! It was amazing!!!! We then both had steak dinners which where cooked to perfection. Once again this is a great place to give a try with... More

Went here for lunch with the wife. Nice vintage feel, low light and a very neat old wood craft bar. Seat yourself and prepare to browse the 5 page menu. Service was good from the house but food was slow to come out of kitchen. Crab N Chips was worth the wait, fresh made chips fried crunch served covered in... More

Food was good but prices seem a bit high!! Could use a bit more light. Dark & gloomy. Service was good. I eat out a lot, this is ok, just not a place I would go out of my way to eat again.

Appetizers are good. Favorite is Meatball sub, LOTS of cheese (like I like). Spaghetti looks & smells good, my family often gets it. I can't get past the Meatball sub.

In Cumberland and had never visited Oscar's before. Decided on a Meatball Sub. Toasted roll, pretty good. Marinara, seemed to be homemade and not out of a can. Plenty of cheese. But, and here I am sorry to say the sub failed to satisfy. As I bit into a meatball it oozed water, hot water, as though it had been... More

We were in Cumberland for just one evening and looking for a place to get a simple but good meal. Tried Oscar's based on the trip advisor reviews. We were quite pleased! Not much to look at from the outside...inside is an inviting restaurant with a very cool anitque bar. We were told to try the cheesesteak by a local... More
