This was a mediocre dining experience. At our table of 6 diners, 3 had crab cakes, 1 had their famous twice-baked potato; each one gave the crab cakes a passing grade but the potato failed. Rock fish sandwiches, 1 fried and 1 grilled, were pretty...More

This is a nice place to go to tear into crabs. The restaurant is HUGE (at least compared to what it looks like on the outside) and has a nice seafood menu. The food is not exceptional, but it is all good.

By far, Woody's serves the best crab cakes hands down! Full of meat, no filler. Good sized portion - one is all I can eat. My son raved about his huge steak. It was crowded on Father's Day and we did have an hour and...More

Hopped off of 95 on way to D.C. As I hate fast food and this was less than 5 min do easy on and off. Fun crab house with fantastic crab cakes. Will stop again.

Woody's has lots of seating, so we had no problem getting in on a Friday night. Parking is on the street and in small lots tucked in between buildings. We found a spot maybe a block away and enjoyed the short walk. My husband ordered...More

We needed a table for 8 during lunch I figured it would be a long wait, considering it was fathers day. Surprise....less then a ten minute wait. For appetizers we had deep fried brussel sprouts and hush puppies. Both were cooked to perfection. For main...More

I would say no as crab cakes are usually made with at least a little filler of bread or cracker. Now, at home you can make them gluten free by using a gluten free cracker or bread or not using filler at all and letting the... More
