The food was very good the last 2 visits. The whiskey smash is a great drink- but all that ice and at 10.00 for a short glass I was disappointed.

I have not found a bar outside of Boston that takes as much pride, in not just their incredibly long list of spirits and beers, but also, much like Barbara Lynch's Drink at Fort Point, is dedicated to their craft. They take their drinks very seriously and it shows. And their menu and atmosphere are as good. They pour one... More

Serious cocktail bar, worthy of the city. Very good spot for a business dinner or night out. Try the bacon and eggs!

ACTION! I could not believe how beautiful this place was. The staff just finished up their annual fashion show, where they invite locals to show off their collection of paper from the 70's! Thank goodness! I absolutely recommend this bar, I love the view!

Had dinner hear last night. Started off with a couple of great drinks, then moved on to Brussel Sprout Fritters, which were delicious and a nice group of oysters -- which were tasty -- particularly with the mignonette sauce and horseradish/cocktail prep -- some of the tastiest I have ever found! We finished it off with Their fluke -- which... More

First time and Barrel house based on a good recommendation from a friend that lives locally. The staff is spot on and very knowledgeable about the drink and food menus. If you don’t see a drink that tickles your fancy, just tell the waiter what things you normally like to drink and the bartender will come up with a creative... More

I had been at this restaurant a couple of times when it first opened, it was OK but not terrific. We went about a month ago and I can say it has improved.

This is a joint that specializes in the most American of spirits: whiskey. They make a mind-numbingly good Old Fashioned (get it with Knob). The chops and entrees are great as well.

Great ambiance, serious cocktail menu and creative, varied menu! Our group had the short ribs, roasted salmon and the burger. All were happy. Wonderful Balvenie Doublewood 12 yr Scotch (rum cask) to end the night. Great service as well from Jamie!
