The fried clams can't be beat. The rings, fries and ice cream are mighty fine also. You can sit outside and enjoy great food and Cape Cod all at the same time. Don't miss it.

We went here 2 nights ago with another couple. I got scallops and onion rings. Hubby had fish & chips. Friends had seafood platter. Mine was delicious but hubbys fish overdone. Clam fritters too. Friends said some of theirs overdone. A little pricey too

We went this afternoon to order two burgers to go, after we got the order, one burger was out of the wrap with the lettuce, onions and tomatoes loose at the bottom of the brown bag, it was a mess. We ask the attendant if she would reassemble the burger in the packaging to go. Suddenly the owner appeared through... More

Essentially a carry out but picnic tables available. Very popular local spot with great food and major ice cream opportunities.

Kate's is superb ice cream and more, excellent fried seafood, and LIam's "famous" onion rings! You can't match the bucolic setting either, tables nestled in a pine tree grove by the side of the road, plus Sparky's hay rides offered weekends after 6PM to Paine's Creek (down the road) to watch the gorgeous sunset. This place has everything for great... More

Very good classic Cape style roadside clam shack. I was pleasantly surprised they had clam fritters (for those in the know, these are more of a Rhode Island specialty and are rarer in Massachusetts) but they were very well done, as well as the more local whole clams.

For fried seafood this was wonderful! We had a good variety and shared it all! Fried clams, fish, fritters and fries- all great! Then we topped it off with excellent ice cream- awesome flavor choices:) definitely returning next year.

Lobster roll was fresh, unpretentious, minimally seasoned so you can taste the meat. Captain's Club and Reuben were both delicious. Fishwich was ok but bland in comparison. The kids topped off the meal with tasty ice cream and we all left happy!

It doesn't get any better than this! Everyone has their favorite spot, but judging from the crowds, this is tops on a lot of lists. Where to begin...the food is terrific and the ice cream simply wonderful. They have a great serving system where you order from a different window if you are getting a meal. This helps to move... Visited Kate's for dinner after a lovely visit to paine's creek beach. The food was marginal at best, boring bland burgers and undercooked stringy onion rings. Gross. The ice cream saved the whole visit.
