This restaurant is located in the midst of a great shopping area. It was easy to find and reasonably priced. They didn't have the type of lobster roll we wanted on the menu- but they were willing to make it for us. It was delicious!

Delicious clam chowder, but arugula salad with tomatoes, cheese and balsamic vinegar was a miss. My salad had too much dressing which they associate with balsamic vinegar for some reason - it was not even close to good balsamic vinegar. Fish wrap sandwich was OK. There was a sharp piece of shell in one of the clam chowder bowls, but... More

Seen it for years, but had not really given it much thought until a friend in Paris highly recommended it for breakfast. Glad he did, for it was a terrific breakfast. We had the lobster eggs benedict which we very good. The home fries were just right and laced with onion, a home run. The coffee was superb and the... More

We thought we would try breakfast here since we were leaving Chatham and heading back home. They have a selection of breakfast items including eggs, pancakes, omelets. We thought the portion size was good, food was okay (I prefer my eggs not cooked in butter or at least I don't want to see the butter on my plate). The omelets... More

Rhodymom2012 Thank you for coming into the Captain's Table For breakfast. I wanted to ask you was it on Sunday the 23rd you came in. I want to make sure I am talking to the correct staff member to find out what went wrong with your breakfast. It would also help if you could let me know what breakfast item... More

everything was perfect. Food-----service------friendly------prices if you are looking for a fancy expensive place this is not the place to go. It was the typical seashore place.

I stopped here for lunch thinking it was a restaurant I went to about 30 years ago, but it wasn't. I almost left, but I am sure glad I didn't! My husband ordered the clam chowder and once I tasted his, I had to have my own. It was right up there with Legal Seafood's clam chowder! Our sandwiches were... More

I had the cranberry buttermilk pancakes and they were perfect. Fluffiest I've ever seen. Tasted so good they barely needed syrup. The serving size was also perfect. My family also tried the blueberry french toast which was equally as good. I will say the brunch menu wasn't huge, but I didn't care.

A really pretty place with great food & helpful service. Particularly enjoyed the clam chowder though it was all good. Service was slower as the tables filled but it never took too long & the food was well worth waiting for.

We were looking for an early dinner and stopped in here. The Cape Cod beer was excellent but the dishes at $15-20 were very small, albeit tasty enough. There was also no atmosphere in the place which was dead. Thus the 2* rating reflects the lack of ambience and the very poor value for money aspect.
