Red Nun is a locals favorite and fun place to visit. Pub like feel with an outdoor patio right off of Route 28 near the roundabout entering Chatham center. Great beer selection and the food is always good. Mostly seafood but a nice variety and great specials.

The clam chowder is excellent and we had the freshest fried haddock and scallops we've had in a long time. Very affordable. Not much in the way of atmosphere but a great local hang out

Another establishment in Chatham was too busy to have a conversation so we asked the bartender for a suggestion, She suggested the Run Nun! You know the locals like the place when a bartender from another bar recommends it! Great atmosphere, exactly what you would expect for a New England Beach Town! Great service, fun chatting with the townies, and... More

Great place for a burger served on an English Muffin. Small and friendly. Bar area plus very limited seating. Not a place for large groups unless you want to take over the whole place. Nice menu. But to be honest I've never gotten past the burger. It is so good.

A very small, informal place to have dinner. Service was quick and the food was good. They have burgers, fish tacos, chowder, and a decent local beer selection. You can dress casually. We got seated right away, but the place is small so you might need to wait if you're a larger party and it's prime lunch/dinner time. We went... More

Very nice casual place, good burgers choice and wide beer selection. I’ve tried the Red Nun Burger and it was really delicious. Staff was friendly and efficient, overall a very good experience.

Myself and 6 others decided to do our part and participate in Local Saturday. We had to wait for a table for about 20 minutes as the bar and all tables were full. Once seated, our waitress apologized for the wait and took our order. They have a very good menu (specializing in burgers), and a very good selection of... More

Went there on a trip in October, and there were lots of locals, even on a cold and cloudy Saturday, always a good sign. I had a burger, and it was excellently cooked and seasoned, and was uniquely served on an English muffin for buns. This was a great addition, because they are crispy enough to survive burger juice, but... More
