This restaurant is one of the best for seafood. The chef can get carried away with fava beans though. The restaurant is small and hard to get into during the summer so make a reservation well in advance.

Always a pleasure to go to Fin. We usually go on special occasions. Recommend scallops, steak and salmon. Nice appetizers and desserts. Try and get a table downstairs. Nicer atmosphere.

The host / Maitre d' (we'll call him Grumpy), didn't appear to be enjoying his job. Our waitress had the same issue. She did warn us at our 8:00pm seating, that the Cod special was running out. She did not give us the opportunity to save 1 or 2. After a while, she came back and told us "no more... More

My parents took my fiancé and me here for dinner last night. It shows when a place has its act together and when it doesn't. This place does! Our server was knowledgable, attentive and caring (including providing special care to attend to my father's dietary needs). The staff worked very well together. Owner personally greeted us on arrival and thanked... More

Food was good. Earlier in the season it was outstanding. I hope it was just me this time. Dishes were too salty (monk fish in prosciutto). upstairs was noisy.

I want to give this place five stars, but there is a missing link to that kind of status. The waitresss was efficient, but her smile was missing. The setting is simple, but too bright, like a cafeteria. The prices were on the high side, but the food merited the cost. It is just a matter of the rest of... More

Recently visited this unassuming restaurant. The setting is informal and quite cosy. The service is excellent matched by the quality of the food. My starter of little necks, sublime. Seriously good food.

We were here to celebrate a birthday and the meal got off to a great start with a bottle of bubbly. This was followed by littleneck clams and tuna tartare which were fresh and excellent. I cannot remember what each member of our party had, but I had halibut which was accompanied by gnocchi. Our server seemed unfamiliar with the... More

As part of the Cape Cod Restaurant Week four of us ate from the $35 fixed price menu which had four choices of appetizer, entree and desserts. We all had the little neck clams, duck or cod or flank steak and the ginger bread for dessert. All the dishes were excellent. They mixologist there makes the best Dark & Stormy... More

I recommend the salmon, swordfish and Grilled Garlic-Thyme Marinated Shrimp. My son had the Grilled Pineland Farm Sirloin and devoured it.

Fin,chef owned and located in the heart of Dennis Village, serves creative, contemporary seafood and more. We feature the best in locally sourced food including oysters from Dennis and produce, in season, from numerous farms across the Cape like CapeAbilities, Surrey Farm and Cape Cod Organics. We are on 6A in a 200 plus year old house with dining up and downstairs and conveniently next door to the Cape Playhouse complex. The menu changes seasonally to showcase the areas offerings and while our focus is primarily on seafood we also offer organic beef and poultry.
