It is okay. Clean, food is fine, just nothing special. Can be very, very crowded as the theater is across the street. Lots of specials and coupons, etc. Good value…just not for me. I would rather cross the street and go to Encore.

This is a favourite restaurant of friends so we had high expectations and certainly the food did not disappoint. The beetroot salad was huge so very glad we shared, and the tuna martini was delicious. Our main courses were all delicious, particularly the scrod, and...More

After a quick visit to the beach, we were looking for a place to grab lunch and literally stumbled upon Scargo. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. Will definitely visit again.

We've never had a bad meal at Scargo Cafe and it was our first choice to take a friend out for their "last supper" while visiting us in Dennis. Even on a Tuesday evening in September it was busy so we were glad we made...More

Scargo was recommended to us and what an excellent recommendation it was. First off, we were seated very quickly and our table was in a side room that was spacious and well appointed. We especially appreciated that Scargo is carpeted, the seats are upholstered and...More

Been awhile since I had been here. Food was okay but not as good as in the past. The heirloom tomato salad was so small for the price that I thought it was a half order. They also killed it with too much dressing. The...More

So sorry for the disappointment. Not sure if you looked over any of the other reviews but you will find that we have an implied guarantee (like any great restaurants would) of great food and caring service. I would be more than happy to offer...More

Our food was tasty, but not as super as these reviews make it sound. $65 dollars for a spinach salad with crab cakes, spicy chicken sandwich and a sangria? Waitress brought sweet potato fries instead of of regular fries, we had to ask for water...More

We had to wait few minutes after arrival for our reservation. The table we received was fine, the waitress was very willing to please and kept our water glasses, tea and coffee cups full. The meals (3) were excellent, and everything was done just the...More

You got me there. I saw several families with young children dining there but I didn't notice if anyone was having burgers. Their menu is on the Net just Google Scargo Café to check out their offerings...

A traditional, Tavern and Restaurant with wood paneled walls, open fireplaces and an outdoor covered deck for al Fresco dining during summer. The fare includes guest favorites such as roasted rack of New Zealand lamb, and seafood strudel (a seafood blend baked in pastry) with Newburg sauce. Lots of fresh local seafood and oysters. Many more seafood entrees, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, chicken, pasta selections, and their truly famous version of Grapenut Custard.
